2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charge is ₹70 per kg.
Shipping cost is calculated based on the total weight of the order at checkout.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and courier service availability.

Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or Email.
6. Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to:

Festivals or high order volume
We are not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
Customers must record a clear and continuous box opening video while opening the parcel.
The sealed package must be clearly visible before opening.
Complaints without a proper box opening video will not be accepted.
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with video proof.

Due to the nature of jewellery raw materials, slight color variations may occur because of lighting and screen settings
