Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.


2. No Refund Policy
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds once the order has been processed and shipped.


3. Manufacturing Defect Policy
If a product has a genuine manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement only.
Refund will not be provided in such cases.
A clear and continuous box opening video is mandatory.
The defect must be clearly visible in the video.
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Replacement will be processed only after verification.


4. Damaged or Missing Items
In case of damaged or missing items:
A clear and continuous box opening video is mandatory.
The sealed parcel must be shown properly before opening.
The video should not have any cuts or pauses.
Complaint must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Without proper video proof, no claim will be accepted.


5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:
No box opening video
Video with cuts or unclear footage
Complaint raised after 24 hours
Minor color variation due to lighting or screen difference
